AML/KYC Policy

1. AML Program is designed to identify, mitigate and manage the risks that "GLOBAL FINEX SPÓLKA ZOGRANICZONA ODPOWIEDZIALNOSCIA" hereby mentioned as "GLOBAL FINEX SP. Z.O.Omay face in the course of doing business. Accordingly, GLOBAL FINEX SP. Z.O.O follow a set of procedures aimed at preventing money laundering or terrorist financing.

1.1. Sending or receiving transfers with the help of third parties are strictly prohibited and the company reserves the right to block attempts at such sending or receiving.

1.2. All contact information entered by the Client must be up-to-date and reliable.

1.2.1. In case of detection of false information, GLOBAL FINEX SP. Z.O.O reserves the right to block or freeze the account, as well as terminate interaction with this Client.

1.3. The Company reserves the right to request any additional necessary information or documentation regarding the Client's data.

1.3.1. The Client is obliged to provide information by request of the company within 7 calendar days.

1.4. The company reserves the right to store any provided information and customer data for 5 years.

2. To prevent suspicious or illegal activity, GLOBAL FINEX SP. Z.O.O undertakes to follow all the rules below.

2.1. Automatically and manually check each Client, using internal KYC services.

2.2. Automatically and manually monitor every outgoing and incoming transaction from each Client.

2.2.1. In case of detection of suspicious transactions on the part of the Client, GLOBAL FINEX SP. Z.O.O undertakes to conduct an additional detailed check and, if a financial violation has been committed, to report this to the governing authority.

2.2.2. GLOBAL FINEX SP. Z.O.O undertakes to report customer data to the governing authority if the amount of transactions exceeds the limit of 15.000 euros or the equivalent amount in foreign or virtual currency.

2.3. GLOBAL FINEX SP. Z.O.O undertakes to take into account the risk status of the Client, its origin, country, business activity and the nature of the funds when checking the Client's transactions.

2.3.1. Taking into account the risk status of the Client, GLOBAL FINEX SP. Z.O.O may also set limits on the Client's operations.

3. GLOBAL FINEX SP. Z.O.O reserves the right to freeze the Client's account and all current Applications in the following cases:

3.1. Upon detection of a violation of any of the requirements presented in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Agreement;

3.2. If the Client's action is stopped by the fraud prevention system due to confirmed financial fraud.

3.3. If the Client's action is stopped during a manual fraud prevention check by one of the authorised employees.

3.4. If the Company GLOBAL FINEX SP. Z.O.O has other weighty reasons that have raised suspicions about the legal actions of the Client.

4. GLOBAL FINEX SP. Z.O.O reserves the right to refuse the User further service and take the appropriate actions described above, after which it transfers all the User's data available to the Service, as well as all available information about the Client's operations to law enforcement agencies in the following cases:

4.1. Identification of operations whose purpose is money laundering, financing of terrorist organisations, fraud of any kind.

4.2. Identification of unreliable or fake documents provided by the Client.

4.3. Obtaining from the authorised bodies information about the incompetence of the User's possession of electronic units or financial resources and / or other information.
